The early requirements lacked an end-to-end commissioning workflow. Research helped clarify roles and connect the process from site survey to operation.
Outcome: revised requirements, a defined role model and an end-to-end workflow implemented in version 1.0.

Designing complex business logic for an enterprise energy management platform: use cases, historical records, long detail views and data-heavy tables.
Use cases reduced handoff questions. Section navigation and a single table with expandable rows were implemented and reused across other areas of the platform.

The web portal remained a concept and prototypes; the iOS app was implemented but never publicly launched.
