SIM-IT
Enterprise systems for monitoring and managing energy resources. Product discovery, UX research, complex roles and processes, data-heavy interfaces, handoff and development support.
Product Designer · B2B / Enterprise
I work on enterprise products and complex workflows. I explore the domain, design scenarios and help the team take solutions through implementation.
Enterprise UX · Product Discovery · UX Research · Information Architecture · Data-heavy UX
Since 2021, I have designed digital products and automated systems for energy and infrastructure. My work has covered enterprise platforms, monitoring and analytics systems, customer portals and mobile flows.

2021–2022
A B2B electricity market settlement platform and customer-facing web and mobile products. Work with BPMN, regulatory materials, hypotheses and prototypes.
2000–2021
Visual identities, packaging, print, physical products and production support.
Before moving into digital products, I worked in visual and industrial design — from the initial idea and sketches through to production. That experience taught me to consider how something will be built, manufactured and used in real conditions. The same interests drive my digital work: understanding how people work, connecting the details and taking a solution through implementation.
I first study the workflow: who is involved, what data each stage needs and where constraints arise. I then turn this into scenarios, interfaces and state descriptions for the team.
I study documents, talk to users and analysts, and map roles and sequences of actions.
I connect data, states and transitions between stages into practical desktop and mobile flows.
I discuss options with product and engineering, prepare prototypes and handoff materials, and check the implementation in design reviews.
